I’ve been on the front line of providing support for decades, starting as a hairdresser, mom and eventually becoming a doctor of human sexuality. With a blend of spirituality and science, extensive studies of human behavior, along with my intuitive wisdom and lived experiences, I bring deep understanding and full presence to all my interactions.
I have the word Believe tattooed within a heart. This is what I believe—heart and soul.
We are all worthy of living freely in the highest expression of our authenticity.
Intimacy in all its beautiful forms has the power to transform our lives and the world.
The universe is benevolent and always ready to co-create when we bring pure intention.
All genders and orientations have the right to sovereignty over their bodies and desires.
Sexy is the inner holistic embodiment and radiance of our united body, mind, heart, spirit and soul.

My commitment to what I believe, value and prioritize gives my life depth, greater purpose, joy and fulfillment.
Far from perfect and that’s how I’d rather be. Perfection is something I used to strive for, thinking I’d be safe there. But perfection is an illusion and real is so much more interesting.
I’m okay with being a mess sometimes. Afterall life is messy. But it’s also spectacular and awe inspiring. Life is full of contrasts. Low moments happen and if I don’t fight them the highs return quickly and easily.
